Six separate documents, each one about a single thing. Under each one it says who it is for and what it covers, so you do not have to open them all to find the right one.
The company details are missing (VAT number, registered name, address). Inside each document there is the exact list of what is missing. They are all filled in one single file and the six documents update together.
